WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Invoice is used for all B2B orders.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
LATEST NEWS: At the moment we are not able to ship/sell to Mexico or the USA. We are working on solving this issue. Other then that we ship to all countries! For more info regarding shipping time, please read bullet "What is the delivery time" below.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME AND COST?
Our ambition is to send your order as soon as possible. If you place your order before 13.00 (CEST), it will be sent the same day! Keep in mind that delivery may be longer during periods of high sales and holidays.
At checkout you will see exactly what prices and delivery methods apply to your order.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS ON MY ORDER?
Outside the EU: Depending on the final destination adress, you will have to pay taxes and fees. Please contact the your Border Services Agency for information about what taxes apply for your order.
PRICING
The prices in our online shop are excluding VAT (Valued Added Tax) unless otherwise stated. Choose your currency in the top menu.
Please note that local import charges may occur. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Use the contact us form and use your order number as subject and we'll look into it as soon as we can (reply within 24 hour exept weekends & holidays)
HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If you wish to make a return, please contact us at sales@icaniwill.se and we will do our best to help you.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

DO I GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION FROM YOU AFTER I'VE PLACED AN ORDER?
Yes, when you are finished shopping you will receive an order confirmation to the email you submitted when placing the order. If you haven't received an order or shipping confirmation, please check your spam filter or contact us using the contact us button.
